The committee members unanimously approved the application for architectural drawings.

Almost two-thirds of the Chinese residents who attended the hearing supported the construction of the Amitofo Buddhist Temple. The active participants let the approval committee understand that the Chinese community needs a traditional Buddhist temple built on a flat ground.

Dear Buddhist brothers and sisters and Buddhist friends:
After three community hearings and the hearing of the county government's architectural plan review committee, we are very pleased that we have obtained the support of the review committee and the architectural drawings have been officially approved on June 3. 2015.
Of course, thanks to the support of the community, as well as the architect’s diligent communication with county government officials and community committee members, as well as the review committee of the County Government’s Urban Planning Bureau, a satisfactory result was finally created.
The next job is of course to actively raise funds, hoping to complete the construction of the Amitofo Guanyin Temple as soon as possible so as to benefit the community.
I hope that people from all walks of life will actively donate to support and leave a name forever.
